Do you ship internationally?
Yes, 3 TEN DENIM KO ships worldwide. International orders are shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid) — customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to the item price and shipping cost at checkout, and you're responsible for these fees on delivery. Contact your local customs office if you want to estimate costs ahead of time.
How do I know what size to order?
Check our size chart for detailed measurements by cut — it breaks down waist, inseam, and rise for every fit so you can match it to a pair you already own.
What's your return and exchange policy?
All items are exchange only, not refundable. Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same style within 10 calendar days of delivery, by emailing info@3tendenimko.com. Exchange shipping is paid by 3 TEN DENIM KO. Note: hats, leggings, and other non-denim items are final sale, and anything bought on sale/discount is also final sale and not eligible for exchange.
How long do exchanges take to process?
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of your package arriving at their facility (this can run longer during peak periods).
