Shipping

an automatic confirmation email is sent after you place your order.
please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 

once orders are shipped, an email notification with tracking information will be sent. all orders are shipped ups.

orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and covid-19 pandemic.

please note, 3 ten does not ship on major holidays. 3 ten is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. all risks associated are assumed by the courier. all items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation, or exchange.

international orders

3 ten offers worldwide shipping. please email us if you are unsure about your country.
all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs. 

Exchanges

all items purchased from 3 ten denim are EXCHANGE ONLY. hats, leggings and other items outside of the denim classification are FINAL SALE.
to initiate an exchange, please email info@3tendenimko.com
exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered within 10 calendar days. if you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please contact us via email at info@3tendenimko.com.

All items purchased through sales and discounts are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for exchange.

exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. this period may be longer during peak sales periods.

if 3 ten determines that any products are not in original condition, an exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
